Over 10 years ago Scott had the idea to support organizations on the path to being excellent.  Working with several organizations he had the opportunity to build Creative Solutions Group. 

His professional career allowed immense growth and experience in many roles (HR, Safety, Food Safety, QA, Continuous Improvement, Chief Improvement Officer).  These roles and vantage points in organizations that included family owned, rapid growth technology, higher education, and fortune 50 manufacturing provided  deep experience.

In 2018, Scott moved out of the corporate world and put his focus on building Creative Solutions Group full time. 

This focus has produced some core strategic partnerships with Predictive Index, MoreSteam, Ashford University and Aveea Partners.  Through the attention to growth, Scott has lead the charge in the creation of SikTumi (Talent and Learning Management System), The DMAIC Way® and co-authoring 4 books with the 5th coming in 2021.
